Powerful – Two Ingredients Colon Cleansing Remedy

Many health problems can be avoided by simply colon cleansing. Removing of mucus, parasites from the intestines and fecal debris is inevitable, because the man through the intestines during an average lifetime spend over 200.000 pounds food and 10.000 gallons liquid.

Over 30 pounds of those food and liquid are toxic substances accumulated in your stomach. They contaminate your blood and cause many diseases.

Disturbed metabolism, obesity, constipation, diabetes, arthritis, cancer, kidney stones, vision and skin problems are only a few of the signs that your intestines are not clean.

You need colon cleansing. 

Complete colon cleansing is very important for your body. But, you should also look out for the full preservation of the intestinal microflora. Therefore, get flaxseed flour and consume 1-3 tablespoons daily.

This way, you will not only clean your intestines, but will burn excess fat and will normalize your weight.

  • 1st week: 1 tablespoon flaxseed flour and 4 oz kefir;
  • 2nd week: 2 tablespoons flaxseed flour and 4 oz kefir;
  • 3rd week: 3 tablespoons flaxseed flour and 5 oz kefir.

If you can not find flax-seed flour in nearby stores, you can buy flax seeds and grind them finely. Do not grind large quantity of flax seeds, because the seeds become rancid. Grind a dose enough for your breakfast only.

This is a great replacement for your breakfast over the next 3 weeks. Make sure you drink at least 8 cups of water a day and let drinking one cup of warm lemon water be the first thing when you wake up in the morning.

Practice colon cleansing once a year.
