Did you have your breakfast today? No?!? Then probably, you have exposed yourself to a death – danger. The latest research has shown that if you rarely have breakfast, or you don’t have it at all, you are very likely to cause many health disorders. Diabetes or damaging your immune system will be the ”effect” of your ”breakfast – denial”. It is not a myth, THE BREAKFAST IS THE MOST IMPORTANT MEAL DURING THE DAY!
Why breakfast is so important? It is important because it ”starts” your metabolism. During night, the functions of your body are turned to minimum. You need energy to make everything work again. The energy you need can be provided firstly and most important, BY FOOD.
Is it important what you eat for breakfast? Yes, of course it is. Well, to be honest, it is always better to have anything for breakfast rather than nothing, but here is the best combination for a healthy, tasty and easily prepared morning meal:
Drink a glass of water as soon as you open your eyes in order to ”wash away” the bacteria that appeared during night;
- Boil two glasses of water and put a grated lemon in it. Boil it for 10 minutes, then put it aside and let it cool down. Add one coffee-spoon of ginger and some honey. Drink this energy booster after you have drank the two glasses of water;
- Drink a glass of orange and lemon juice;
- You can have a cup of coffee now…;
- One hour after you have wake up, is the ideal time for breakfast. Fruit is always the best option. Any fruit is OK for breakfast, but apple, watermelon, pineapple and melon are perfect. A fruit salad is another acceptable ” morning-option” in combination with salt-free white cheese and double-baked slice of integral bread;
THE MOST IMPORTANT – Forget about ham, sunny – side – up fried eggs or scrambled eggs. Hot dogs, pizza and any other type of sandwiches are out of question.
This is the quickest breakfast and the healthiest, at the same time. Do not find cheap excuses, such as ”I don’t have time for breakfast…”. ”Bye” time for breakfast, because in that way, you are ”buying your ticket’’ for healthy future!
