Drink a glass of water as soon as you open your eyes in order to ”wash away” the bacteria that appeared during night;

- One hour after you have wake up, is the ideal time for breakfast. Fruit is always the best option. Any fruit is OK for breakfast, but apple, watermelon, pineapple and melon are perfect.
