One of the most famous American medical doctors, Dr. Richard Schulze, has recently revealed the strongest natural antibiotic recipe that he has called a Super-tonic because it has the ability to help people with different health problems.
Many people agree that tinctures are the best natural remedies because of the way they work. These solutions extract, keep and share the best ingredients from plants and herbs. But, it is worth mentioning that they are very strong, so people should use them with caution.
Even though in most cases people are advised to use rubbing alcohol in most tinctures, people should know that apple cider vinegar is an excellent dissolvent and ideal for those who want to prepare tonic tincture.
Besides the fact that it is non-toxic, apple cider vinegar comes with many great health benefits:
- It helps the stabilization of pH levels
- Has strong antimicrobial properties and it was proven that it can reduce cholesterol levels and regulates insulin sensitivity
- It helps the work of the digestive system – in case you are using organic apple cider vinegar, you can expect to bring a symbiosis of useful colonies of fungi and bacteria that act as a powerful probiotic in the body.
- Boosts the immune system
- It has antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral properties and increases energy levels which ultimately improve the work of our brain and muscles.
The Strongest Natural Antibiotic Recipe
Now let’s get back to Dr. Richard Schulze and his Super Tonic. Dr. Schulze points out that it is the best idea to use organic ingredients or to grow them on your own in order to experience all the benefits.
Ingredients:
- One head of garlic
- One fresh organic habanero peppers
- One onion
- Horseradish root
- Ginger root
- Unprocessed apple cider vinegar.
Instructions:
The preparation of this tonic is not different from the preparation of any tincture: put the veggies in a bowl, add the apple cider vinegar on top of them – as much as it is necessary to cover the veggies.
After that, peel and finely chop the veggies and put everything in a big clean glass jar and cover it completely with organic apple cider vinegar. You should get a mixture in which apple vinegar is three fingers above the vegetables and plants. Seal the jar and shake the mixture well.
Leave the tonic in a dark and cold place between two and six weeks. Shake it from time to time.
Straining
In order to store it in a better way and make the use easier, it is a good idea to strain the tincture. In order to do this, you will need to use loose fabrics some kind of wipes or gauze, a big clean bowl and stainless steel strainer that matches the size of the bowl. If you don’t have a strainer like this, you can use a cloth on top of the jar and pour it in a bowl until the liquid is not drained. But in this way, you will lose a lot of useful ingredients.
So, put the strainer on the bowl and use some gauze to cover the strainer. Pour the content of the jar in the strainer. Use something to squeeze the mixture in order to get the remaining liquid.
The tonic can be stored in small jars or you can store it in one big, clean jar. A jar that is not completely transparent is the best option because exposure to light can decrease the efficiency of this remedy. Keep it in cold, dark place. The leftovers (plants and veggies) can be frozen or used in a soup or broth.
Dosage
Once you prepare the tonic, you can start with its consumption on a daily basis or you can use it from time to time – when you want to improve digestion, immunity or treat some illness. Keep in mind that you are consuming very strong herbs and spices, so you can’t expect mild taste. Feel free to add organic honey to improve taste. Remember to drink a lot of water throughout the day.
One cup (30 ml) of this tonic should be enough. However, if you are trying to get rid of some serious infections, you can take up to six doses on a daily basis.
