Gout is a medical condition that is usually characterized by unexpected stiffness, burning sensation, pain, and swelling located in the area of the joints, especially in the big toes. If gout isn’t treated immediately it can spread and besides damaging the joints, it can also damage the tendons and other tissues. Interestingly, this illness is more frequent in men.
The good news is that there is a completely natural and highly efficient remedy for this medical condition. You should not expect immediate results, but after some period, the results will be there.
Drinking tart cherry juice or eating cherry can certainly ease the pain and symptoms of gout and lead to its complete elimination. Take between 15 and 20 cherries every day if possible. Cherry provides positive effects in situations like this because this fruit is a strong antioxidant and has powerful anti-inflammatory properties.
The antioxidants found in cherries can support the efforts of your system to reduce the effect of uric acid and reduce the pain and signs of gout attacks. It is also very important to drink plenty of water during the day (about 12 glasses of water) because water can help the body get rid of excess urine and toxins from the system.
