Jogging: What For?

No matter the sport or workout you do, cardio-exercises is something you always need. If you still can’t get rid of the pounds, maybe, it is high time that you start doing the oldest sport on Earth. Jogging is in our genetic memory.

All you need is trainers and comfortable cloths. You will burn around 400 calories with hour of jogging.

Also, while jogging, the body produces more endorphin which is perfect for stress reduction. In addition, you will reduce the risk from osteoporosis. Unlike other sports, you can practice jogging in every season and under any conditions. You will improve your immune system, by no means.

So, you have no excuse: Take your sports clothes and start jogging!
