Alcohol Makes Toxins “Sleep” in Your Liver

If you want to have healthy skin and shiny hair, you should take care of your liver. It is our ”cleaner” that takes out toxins.

If you drink alcohol, it blocks the ”cleaning process”. When you eat meat and oil, it stays in your liver (if you drink alcohol). In addition, your metabolism stops this process and you are ”poisoned” with toxins.

That is the reason why many alcoholics die-not from alcohol, but because of the fact that the alcohol stops the process of detoxification.


What you should eat to improve the process of detoxification:

  • beetroot;
  • lemon;
  • citrus;
  • apple;
  • mint tea;
  • chamomile tea;
  • ginger;
  • carrot;
  • garlic;
  • almond;
  • salmon;
  • yogurt.
