It seems that scientists have finally broken the code for un-boiling hard-boiled egg whites and this is something that can lead to major breakthroughs in Natural News.

According to Gregory Weiss, the lead researcher in this experiment and a respected professor of molecular biology and chemistry at the University of California, egg whites consist of proteins that first start with a specific shape. Weiss says that after you boil them, you will get the same proteins but they won’t look the same (their structure will be changed).

This is very important because until now all scientists believed that hard-boiled eggs were practically useless at least when it comes to health benefits. Thanks to Weiss and his team, we can now see that the boiling process can now be reversed in order to recover and reuse proteins.

We must admit that this experiment was very clever because this scientific team used some unorthodox methods. They separated the egg whites from the yolks and soaked them in urea (chemical) in order to dissolve them.

After that, they put the egg whites in a specially designed “vortex fluid machine”. This machine is able to produce extreme spinning. Thanks to this spinning, the egg whites were able to return to their usual natural state.

On top of that, this process takes no more than several minutes and this is certainly something that will make people who work on proteins in cancer research happy.

Some proteins are very useful in lab research, but during their processing, some of them change their shape and after that, most of the proteins are useless. Thanks to the discovery of Weiss and his team, the proteins can now be recovered into their original shape, in a matter of minutes and reused.

Weiss says that the scientists working in the field of cancer research at the University of California are already using this method and that he expects this method to be accepted all over the world in the next years.

Keep in mind that this important discovery won’t be able to change some things in our kitchens. Weiss has proven that it is possible to reverse a hard-boiled yolk, but according to him, neither he nor his team has tried it. He compared the entire experiment with un-cooking a chicken – it is possible to do it, but in the end, the chicken won’t have a pleasant taste.
