Ingredients:

  • Two cups of purified water
  • Sparkling water

  • Lime wedges for decoration

Preparation:

  • Boil two cups of water. Add ginger in the water and reduce the heat to low and leave the ginger in the water for about five minutes.
  • Remove the solution from the heat and use a kitchen strainer to strain it.
