Fat Burning Bodyweight Exercises

  1. Jogging

Jogging is actually a form of running at a leisurely pace. But, this time you will need to speed up a little bit in order to get results faster. Of course, you don’t have to leave your home to perform this exercise.

  1. Pushups

Pushups are known as one of the most effective exercises for the triceps, pectoral muscles and deltoids. They are a basic exercise in athletic training and it is often used in military physical training too. This time you will have to rely on only one of your legs.

  1. Jumping Jacks

This interesting jumping exercise will make you feel better and strengthen various muscle groups. All you need to do is jump to a position where the legs are spread wide and the hands are touching overhead and after that returning to a position with the arms at the sides and the feet together.

  1. Lunges

This is one of the basic body resistance exercises focused on leg muscles. The lunge is strengthening the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles and the quadriceps.

  1. Hot foot hops

This exercise is excellent for calf muscles strengthening. Jump and balance with your left foot while your right foot is slightly above the ground (do this for a couple of times) and switch the foot after that.
