If your office is in a complete mess you don’t have to do everything at once. If you have a good plan you can fix everything in a week.

Many people aren’t aware of the fact that even checking emails can lead to pressure. It doesn’t really matter if you are on the beach if you check your email every 5 minutes. 3. Drinking alcohol before you go to bed
It seems that there are too many people who believe that a glass of wine (in some cases two glasses) will help them fall asleep faster. Of course, not all persons react in the same way, but the truth is that this stimulation can disrupt your sleep. Experts advise avoiding working on these gadgets at least 2 hours before bedtime in order to prevent such problems. If you care about your energy and you don’t want to feel tired all the time then you certainly don’t want to spend 2 hours turning around in your bed.
5. Too much caffeine
Coffee lovers cannot imagine starting their day without a cup of coffee and there is nothing wrong with that. Many researchers have concluded that morning coffee has a positive impact on human health. However, if you continue to drink coffee or other products that contain caffeine throughout the day and you continue with this practice for several days, you will start to feel exhausted and tired. Caffeine cannot be processed so fast and it can disrupt our sleep cycle.
6. Different sleep patterns during the weekends
The weekend is the favorite period of the week for most people especially those who work from Monday till Friday. They usually stay late at night and get up later. Although this practice sounds great in reality the changed sleep pattern can lead to tiredness. Our body is used to certain sleep patterns and we should stick to them. If someone wants to go to bed later than usual it is a good idea to wake up at the same time and have a nap later.
7. Stop being a Yes person
Finding a way to please everyone will surely make you a popular person, but this practice can drain your energy and make you feel tired all the time. In addition, if this situation continues for a while you will also witness frequent mood changes. Experts suggest saying NO in some situations especially when you feel that your energy levels have reached the minimum.
8. You forget to drink water
People who have only a glass (or two) of water a day can expect low energy levels and mood changes. This is something that has been confirmed with a few scientific studies. Lack of water in the system affects the work of our brain hence the mood swings. You have probably heard the 8 glasses per day or 10 glasses per day rule, but instead of counting those glasses keep a bottle of water close to you all the time and drink whenever you can.
9. Your system lacks iron
Iron deficiency usually leads to weakness, sluggishness, and lack of focus and concentration. Iron supports the transport and processing of oxygen in the cells and muscles. Luckily, the solution is really easy and all you have to do is to make some small changes in your diet. Your diet should include tofu, eggs, nuts, beef, leafy vegetables, etc. The best way to use the iron from these foods is to consume food that has huge amounts of Vitamin C too. Keep in mind that too much iron can lead to problems too.
10. Lack of physical activity
You feel tired all the time and someone suggests working out, sounds crazy right? However, the truth is that the feeling of tiredness we have after we are back from work is the result of the stress and tension we feel while we are at the office. Our body still has a great amount of energy and if we use this energy in the right way the tension and stress will be released and we will have more energy tomorrow.
