How to Effectively Reduce Bra Bulge

Many ladies have issues with getting bras to fit properly.  In an ideal world, we would be able to slip on a bra, it would not ride up or down and would not show any bra bulge.

However, this is not the case for many.  If you want to reduce bra bulge, here are some effective exercises to try out.

4 Simple Exercises to Reduce Bra Bulge

1. Push-ups are wonderful for firming up the bra area.

They are a very common exercise that can be performed without any equipment.  Personal trainers add push-ups to their routines because this exercise works the entire body.  An added benefit is that they can be done anywhere.  They will also help to shape the back.

To begin doing a push-up, get down on all fours.  Hold the back straight and keep the core tight. Exhale as you push up.  You may also be interested in trying to lay down push-ups.  Begin by lying down with your arms in front of you.  Move the body into a push-up position, then lift off the ground.  Lower back to the ground and return to the starting position.

2. Bent over row with dumbbells will help to reduce bra bulge.

This will target the upper back. Standing with the feet shoulder-width apart.  Bend the knees slightly, and place a dumbbell in each hand. Bend the arms back to a 45-degree angle, then pull the weights up the side of your body, bending the elbows while squeezing the shoulder blades together. 

Keep the body as still as you can while performing this exercise.  Do two or three sets of 15 reps. Feel free to start with a lightweight and move up to a heavier weight.

3. Squat and press with a dumbbell is another exercise that will combat bra bulge.

To do this exercise, stand with the feet shoulder-width apart, with weights in both hands, at shoulder level. Keep the knees bent, lowering the thighs until they are parallel to the floor.  Pretend that you are sitting down in a chair to get the position correct.  The back should be straight while keeping the core tight.  Stand up slowly, so the legs are straight, and push the weights over the head until they are straight.  Lower and repeat.  Do three sets of 10.

4. The mountain climber is a fun exercise to do for bra bulge.

Start in a plank position, then raise one leg at a time so the knee comes to the chest.  Repeat with the other leg.  Repeat 30 times.  Doing these four exercises will allow the bra bulge to be eliminated.  This is a great circuit workout and will help to tone the arms, legs, abs, and back.
