Simmer several walnut shells in water for approximately 20 minutes.

Strain the liquid once you make sure it has cooled. Brush your teeth with this liquid. Repeat the procedure 3 times a day, until you make sure that the tooth plaque has completely disappeared. After two weeks, regular use of this liquid, you will see the result – the plaque and tartar will be gone.
