Parsley is rich in vitamins (especially vitamin A, C and K), contains flavonoids and essential oils. It cleans the blood vessels, reduces cholesterol and discards excess fat. It is very important to human health and we recommend you the following beverage, especially in the fall and winter months.
The following mix of healthy ingredients will improve your general health.
Beverage That Kills Cholesterol And Fats
- 6 cups (1,5 l) water.
- Three branches of parsley.
- Two pounds (1 kg) lemons.
- 1 tsp. of baking soda.
Remember you always use organically grown parsley and lemon.
Wash the lemon zest with a mixture of baking soda and few drops of water, in order to remove any accumulated dirt on its surface. Chop the lemons and parsley into small pieces and place them in the bowl with water. Leave so prepared mix in refrigerator for one day. Then stir the mixture and strain it into a glass bottle.
Drink ½ cup (1 dl) of this drink every morning on an empty stomach.
If you are not RAW enthusiast, previously boil the water and allow it to cool. Add the lemon, parsley in already cooled water, cover the pot and leave the prepared mix in refrigerator, as we mentioned before.
