Cinnamon and Honey Weight Loss Drink Mix
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of honey (or 1 oz. of some of these vegan substitutes: Agave or Maple syrup).
- 1 tbsp. of cinnamon.
- 1 cup (250 ml) pure water.
Preparation:
Add cinnamon in a glass jar and pour it with boiled water. Cover the pot and leave it to cool. When cool, add honey or vegan substitute (do not add them in a hot water, because they will lose their nutrients, enzymes and medicinal properties).
Drink a half of the liquid in the morning and other half – the next day. Do not warm the liquid for the next day.
Important: Drink this weight loss drink mix on an empty stomach, otherwise it has no effect.
