- 15 to 20 dried olive leaves.
In spring, collect enough olive leaves and let them dry naturally. Once dry, store them in a glass jar and in a cool, shaded space.
Cook 15 to 20 of the dried leaves in enough boiling water for about ten minutes.
Strain the tea and let it cool for about 15 minutes. Add lemon or honey to taste.
