Here’s How to Clean the Lungs in 3 Days

Many people have problems with their lungs.

It is ironic that those who never smoked had bigger problems with their lungs, while the lungs of passionate smokers after years of smoking “perform well”.

Certainly, the environment in which you operate can affect your lungs. Therefore, smoking is not the only factor that affects your lungs.

It means that lung function is an individual condition.

Follow these 9 points to clean the lungs in 3 days.

Clean the Lungs in 3 Days

Two days before the detoxification start, it is mandatory to exclude dairy products from your daily diet. The body needs to cleanse the toxins from dairy products.

A day before the detoxification, drink a glass of herbal tea before bedtime. It will clean the toxins from your intestines. In fact, you should not burden the lungs before purification with difficult bowel work.

Squeeze two lemons in a cup (250 ml) of lukewarm water and drink them before breakfast.

Drink a cup of grapefruit juice during the day. If you do not want its bitter taste, you can drink pineapple juice. Pineapple contains natural antioxidants that improve the breathing system.

Drink a cup of pure carrot juice between breakfast and lunch. During this 3-day detox, carrot juice will alkaline your blood.

Drink 1 ½ cup (400 ml) of cranberry juice during lunch. It will remove all bacteria from the lungs that cause infections. Cranberry is rich in potassium – important to the body’s purification.

Exercise regularly and take care of your body and its energy.

A hot detox bath for a period of 20 minutes will help your body to get rid of unwanted toxins through perspiration.

Put 5-10 drops of eucalyptus in a bowl with hot water, lean over the bowl, cover your head with a cotton towel and inhale until the water has cooled down.
