Ayurvedic Herbal Medicine for Natural Deep Sleep (Video Inside)

The Ayurvedic medicine claims that the excessive and chronic stress empties Ojas, a physiological expression of consciousness. This also responsible for beauty, reproduction, immunity and the overall health of the individual.

Ojas needs 30 days to be manufactured in the body, resulting from various enzymatic actions that begins with the digestion of food in the blood, body’s lymph, bone, muscle, nerve, fat and reproductive tissues. When these tissues are made then ojas is produced or it is the final product of all these tissues.

When ojas is emptied from lack of sleep, stress, poor digestion, bad food, excessive activity or inactivity the body immediately breaks down. This reduced ojas can cause insomnia, low sex drive, stiff joints, dry skin, accelerated aging and increased risk of diseases.
