Try this recipe if you suffer from arthritis pain and get rid of the joints inflammation.

Arthritis Pain Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • ½ tall glass of spinach
  • ½ cup of cherries
  • ½ cup of pineapple
  • ¼ cup of parsley
  • one teaspoon of turmeric
  • one tablespoon of cocoa
  • water

Put all the ingredients into a tall glass and fill the glass with water.

Blend the mixture for at least 30 seconds until it gets smooth.

It is not only delicious, but it will also help you to get rid of the arthritis pain and inflammations of joints.
