There is no safe way to smoke. Smoking is one of the leading causes of many diseases and premature death worldwide. Its serious effects can harm almost every organ in the human body. Smoking is responsible for many diseases such as strokes, hypertension, heart disease, erectile dysfunction, bronchitis, eye problems, and cancer.

According to the CDC, more than 16 million people in the U.S experience different health conditions as a result of smoking. By quitting smoking, you drastically reduce the risk of these diseases.

However, it does not mean that the act of quitting smoking removes all the crap in your lungs. It will remain in the body for many years.

Smokers and Non-Smokers: Clean and Revitalize Your Lungs

Fortunately, there is a simple natural mixture that will cleanse your lungs and remove all of the toxins.

You need the following ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. of turmeric
  • One thumb-sized piece of ginger
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 ¾ cups of white sugar
  • 1 L of water

Instruction:

Pour the water and sugar into a pot and heat until boiling. Then chop the ginger, slice the onion into quarter and add them to the pot. Add the turmeric and then lower the heat. Heat the mixture until it is reduced by half. Store the mixture in the fridge.

Take 2 tbsp. of this combination on an empty stomach, every morning and before you go to bed. You will notice a significant difference in two days.

Turmeric: It is rich in omega 3 fatty acids, minerals and vitamins and abounds in anti-cancer properties.

Onions: Because of the anti-cancer properties, onions improve the immune system.

Ginger: Promotes elimination of mucus from the lungs.

Try this mixture as soon as you can, and you will have cleaner lungs than ever. It is good for both smokers and non-smokers. Another important thing to mentions is that it does not provide any side-effects.
