Required Ingredients

  • 250 ml (1 cup) of water
  • 1 cup of instant oatmeal
  • 40 gr (1,5 oz) of raw honey
  • 2 cups of pineapple chunks
  • 40 gr (1,5 oz) of crushed almonds
  • 1 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 7 gr (0,25 oz) of cinnamon

Preparation

Squeeze the juice from the pineapple and cook the oatmeal. Blend the almonds, orange juice, cinnamon, and honey in a blender. Then, add the cooked oatmeal and squeezed pineapple juice in the blender while still on. Once you get a smooth mixture, add several ice cubes in the blender, and blend once more.
