Chocolate Avocado Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup mashed avocado
- 1/2 cup of turbinado sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 cup of gluten free flour
- 100g bag dark chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix together mashed avocado and sugar. Add vanilla extract, cider vinegar, baking powder and cocoa powder. Add flour and mix till smooth. Incorporate chocolate chips by folding through mixture.
- Place tablespoons of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Turn the baking sheet around. Bake for another 5 minutes.
