The public is eagerly expecting the decision of the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) regarding the so-called female Viagra medicine. FDA approves this interesting new drug today, but with limitations on how it should be prescribed and who can prescribe the use of this female viagra tablet. This small pink pill called Flibanserin is created for pre-menopausal women who want to increase their libido. However, the doctors behind this pill say that Flibanserin works in a much different way than Viagra. According to Dr. Sherry Ross, obstetrician and gynecologist, this pill stimulates and raises the level of hormones that are related to our libido. This drug was once rejected in the past because of the possible side effects like drowsiness and low blood pressure. However, a committee created by FDA has announced this June that the advantages of using this pill are more significant than the disadvantages. Of course, they recommend the manufacturers to point these side effects when selling this product. Via NBC News
