White Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe

Total Time: 2 hours and 15 minutes Preparation Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 2 hours

You need the following ingredients:

  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 package white chocolate morsels
  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract

Method of preparation:

First, spray a square pan (8 or 9-inch) with cooking oil, line it with parchment paper and even extend the paper over the edges. In a medium saucepan, heat the peanut butter and sweetened condensed milk over medium heat. Wait until it bubbles, but make sure you stir it constantly. When the peanut butter and milk start to thin and bubble you know they are ready. Then turn off the heat and add the vanilla and white chocolate chips. Mix them until you get a smooth combination. Spread it on the prepared pan, cover with the foil and place it in the fridge to cool down. Chill the dessert for two hours and then remove the parchment paper. Cut the dessert and it is ready for serving. In this recipe was used Smucker’s Natural Peanut Butter. It has 5 varieties, so you can choose the one you like the most. You can substitute the creamy for the crunchy one. Via A Dash Of Sanity
