All of us sweat, however, some of us sweat a bit more than usual. Excessive sweating is a well-known medical condition by the name "hyperhidrosis." The condition is usually harmless, but that shouldn't prevent you from visiting a dermatologist if you are concerned. The main effect of excessive sweating is, well... embarrassment. Social situations can quickly become awkward and uncomfortable during a warmer day when you are surrounded by other people. Most people suffering from hyperhidrosis notice excessive sweating on their hands and feet. And while the treatments for hyperhidrosis can be scary and expensive, there are more than a few cheap and natural ways to decrease the amount of sweating in your hands and feet.

#1: Baking Soda

Baking soda can be a fast and clean method of eliminating your sweating during the day. Just soak your hands and feet in a big bowl made out of water and two cups of soda. You can do this every day.

#2: Tomato Juice

An interesting method that can help you with your sweat problem is tomato juice. Add two cups of juice to a bucket of warm water. Next, start soaking your extremities for about 30 minutes per day. Don't forget to scrub your hands and feet while they are soaked.

#3: Baby Powder

While it may not target the underlying problem, baby powder can provide a fast and straightforward solution. Provided your problem is not extreme.

#4: Tea

Every kind of tea to be exact! Tea contains an extract called tannins. Tannins are useful because of their antiperspirant properties. Start with five tea bags and put them in a large container. Next, start soaking your hands and feet. So remember to take something bigger than a teacup! Soak for 30 minutes, every day.

#5: Iodine

Often, the cause of your excessive sweating can be a result of iodine deficiency. This might be a little concerning because it may be a predecessor to future thyroid disorders. Make sure to watch your iodine level and regularly consume high amounts of fish and eggs. If your doctor diagnoses iodine deficiency in your body, an additional source of iodine you can benefit from is iodine pills.

#6: Water

Yep, that's right. Excessive sweating uses up your water reserves, and with less water in your body, your body temperature keeps on rising. In turn, this creates a spiraling effect where you end up with more and more sweat on your hands and increased dehydration. That is why it is important to drink water regularly.
