Choose one of the following weekends to schedule a walk with your friends and create a daily menu that will help your body get rid of all the harmful compounds and toxins. Do you feel exhausted and your energy level is very low? Is your skin very dry and do you have dark circles around your eyes? If the answer is yes, you should know that your body is filled with toxins, and if you leave this problem untreated, it is very likely that you will soon experience flu or problems with certain viruses. You don’t have to wait for a specific time of the year to start cleaning your body, strengthening your immune system, and getting re-energized. Removing all the toxins is possible with proper detoxification. This process involves five important organs in our body – liver, kidney, lymph, lungs, and intestines. This process requires appropriate preparation that includes taking low-fat food, potatoes, meat, and some sweets. In addition, you will need to consume a lot of water and other liquids. It was proven that a tea made from nettles, dandelion, and birch is very helpful. Of course, you will also need to get involved in physical activity on a daily basis – walking, running, swimming, or exercising in the local gym or at home. This special detox program is recommended to be practiced two times a year for 10 days. However, if you think that you don’t have enough time, you can practice a weekend detox diet program. In case you can do it 4-6 times a year, you can expect the best results.
