There are many different joints in our body, but there is no doubt that the knees are among the most important ones.

The knees are here to support the correct posture of the body and they also allow us to run, walk, jump and stand in a proper way.

The aging process brings many wounds, injuries and other things that make them loose. It also makes the ligaments and tendons in this area less mobile and flexible while the lubrication in them is lost.

Even though this is a natural process, we must take some measures that will make our knees stronger and more flexible.

In this way we will still be able to make sharp and quick movements.

Strengthen Tendons and Ligaments in Knee

The following is a completely natural recipe that will strengthen tendons and ligaments in knee and improve your overall lifestyle.

This completely natural smoothie is packed with magnesium, silicon, bromelain and vitamin C – compounds that have strong anti-inflammatory properties and soothe pain.

In addition, these essential nutrients provide energy and strength to all bodily systems and parts.

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup of instant oatmeal
  • 1 cup (250 ml) of water
  • Two cups of pineapple chunks (sliced)
  • 1,5 Oz (40 gr) of raw honey
  • 1,5 Oz (40 gr) of crushed almonds
  • 0,25 Oz (7 gr) of cinnamon
  • 1 cup of raw natural orange juice.
Instructions:

Start by cooking the oatmeal. After that, take the pineapple chunks and squeeze the juice from them.

Use the blender to blend the cinnamon, almonds, honey and orange.

Next, add the pineapple juice and oatmeal in the blender while it is still on.

When you notice that the mixture is smooth add a couple of ice cubes and blend one more time.
