- 1 cup of instant oatmeal
- 1 cup (250 ml) of water
- Two cups of pineapple chunks (sliced)
- 1,5 Oz (40 gr) of raw honey
- 1,5 Oz (40 gr) of crushed almonds
- 0,25 Oz (7 gr) of cinnamon
- 1 cup of raw natural orange juice.
Start by cooking the oatmeal. After that, take the pineapple chunks and squeeze the juice from them.
Use the blender to blend the cinnamon, almonds, honey and orange.
Next, add the pineapple juice and oatmeal in the blender while it is still on.
