If you practice yoga regularly, prepare to dive into a fluid flow that will warm up your entire body in only eight minutes.

power-yoga-8-minutes-video-of-pure-movementI often begin an online yoga class to just start moving on the mat. Once I start, I continue doing my own practice, moving and doing poses that my body naturally needs and wants to spend more time there.

This was in fact the inspiration and purpose for this yoga class- to warm up your body and get you moving on the map, discovering what is that your body needs right here, right now. For those of you who don’t have a lot of time, just do these 8 minutes of yoga, and then move along with your busy day.
