pH Balance – The Main Reason For Cancer
The first evidence of the existence of cancer was discovered in 1923. The scientist who found this evidence was Otto Heinrich Warburg (1883 – 1970) and won a Nobel Prize for his research (1931).
Dr. Warburg has discovered that cancer is a result of an anti-physiological way of nutrition (mostly with acid food), and physical activity that cause the body to create acid environment with oxygen deficit.
In his research he found that if we take 35% oxygen from a healthy cell, the cell will transform in a carcinogenic one in only two days. All normal cells have absolute need of oxygen, but only carcinogenic cells can live without it. They are acidic and the state – alkaline.
Furthermore, in his research Dr. Warburg has proven that all carcinogenic forms fulfill two fundamental conditions: blood acidity and hypoxia (oxygen deficit). He discovered that carcinogenic cells are anaerobic (don’t use oxygen) and as such can’t survive in the presence of high oxygen concentration.
They can only survive with the help of glucose and in an environment without oxygen.
pH Balance in Your Body Depends on the Food You Consume
The acidity in the body is measured by the pH scale from 0-14, where 7 is a neutral zone. Starting from 0 to 7 is the acidic, and starting from 7 to 14 is the alkaline zone. In order to survive our cells must have medium alkaline pH level, slightly above 7. The blood pH value in a healthy individual is between 7,40-7,45.
Blood regulates pH levels on its own so it doesn’t become metabolically acidic. However, some types of food cause acidity to blood and “pollute” the body.
Foods causing body acidity
- Refined sugar and all of its derivatives. This is the worst kind of food because once it is processed the body doesn’t get proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals, only refined carbohydrates. Its pH value is 2,1 – very acidic.
- Meat (any kind).
- Animal products – milk, cheese, yoghurt etc.
- Refined salt.
- Refined flour and all its derivatives as pasta, cakes, biscuit etc…
- Industry conserved food containing preservatives, aroma, stabilizers etc…
- Antibiotics and all medicine in general.
Foods alkalizing the body
- Raw fruit.
- Lime – has high pH value.
- Wheat is the only acidic food out of all cereals.
- Green plants containing chlorophyll have high pH value.
- Water, also important for oxygen producing.
- Exercising gives the body oxygen and keeps it alkaline.
Chemotherapy increases the acidity in the organism.
Chemotherapy makes the body acidic to the extent that it reaches for its alkaline reserves to neutralize the acidity while sacrificing minerals (calcium, potassium, magnesium) found in the hair, nails, teeth and bones. That’s why we can notice the extreme changes in patients subjected to chemotherapy.
It is impossible for an individual that feds the body with nutrients, water and an individual that is physically active to develop cancer. So, proper diet is necessary to provide 60% of alkaline food. In order to achieve that you need to eliminate sweets and candies, soft drinks and fast food from the menu. Salt use needs to be as low as possible.
If you are sick, it is ideal for your food to be 80% alkaline. If you have cancer, the best tip is to increase your body’s alkalinity with the help of nutrition, exercising, avoiding stress and additional chlorophyll intake.
