Lemon juice, spices, mustard, cooking spray that doesn’t stick, water, black coffee, tea, non-caloric sweeteners are the foods and drinks that are allowed in the Military diet.

The entire process lasts for only three days. During these days, practitioners will eliminate fat, become reenergized and get the optimal metabolic rate. If you want to perform this diet again you must take a break for four days.

Day One

Take half a grapefruit, a slice of toast, one cup of tea or coffee and two tablespoons of peanut butter for breakfast. When it comes to lunch you should take half a tuna, one cup of tea or coffee and one slice of toast.

Your dinner should consist of three ounces of meat combined with one cup of green beans, half a banana (you can choose a different food), one cup of ice cream (it is recommended to choose vanilla flavor) and one apple.

Day Two

Your day should start with one egg, half a banana (you can choose another fruit) and one slice of toast. For your lunch take one boiled egg, one cup of cottage cheese and five crackers. The dinner should include two hot dogs (stay away from the bun), half a cup of carrots, one cup of broccoli, half a banana (you can choose a different fruit) and half a cup of vanilla ice cream.

In addition, in order to feel the positive results, you will have to engage in physical activity. The exercises you should perform should be adequate to your overall activity level. For example, those who are overweight should simply walk around their neighborhood.

The best part of the Military diet is that the products used in it are inexpensive and the steps you need to follow are relatively easy.
