The ingredients needed for the homemade laundry soap are borax, washing soda, and Fels Naptha soap.

Ingredients and Recipe’s Amounts:

  • 1/2 cup of 20 Mule Team Borax
  • 1/2 cup of Washing Soda
  • Grated 1/3 bar of Fels Naptha soap

Instructions:

Melt the the Fels Naptha soap in three cups of water on a medium heat.

Make sure the mixture doesn’t boil since it will start bubbling.

Once the Felt Naptha soap is completely dissolved, add the washing soda and borax. This will take only 1-2 minutes.

Pour the mixture in a bucket and after stirring it well, allow it to stay for a 24 hours.

Then, stir the soap mixture again and put it in another container.

You have now successfully made your own laundry soap!
