Do you have difficulty to sleep at night? Are you worried about your health? If you suffer from headaches, have problems with immunity or are just looking to live in a more healthy way, here is one ingredient that will help you to so.

Salt And Sugar!

A little mixture of salt and sugar, kept under your tongue, can do wonders. The mixture will help you to cure headaches and insomnia as well as boost immunity. The consumption will also increase the serotonin level in the body, ensuring better management against stress.

It’s a good idea to ensure that you do not take them in huge quantity as they can have side effects.

It’s Easy to Make!

Here is what you need for this:

  • five teaspoons of brown sugar,
  • one teaspoon of salt.

And you’re done!

Just ensure that the ratio between the salt and sugar is 1:5. You can do this by mixing the ingredients in a glass jar first.

When Do You Take it?

Take it each night before going to sleep. Apply the mixture under your tongue and let it dissolve slowly. The sodium in the salt will give you energy and make it easy for you to breathe, helping you sleep easily. With lesser amount of stress, you will be able to relax more and enjoy your life.
