It was the Ancient Egyptians who called Aloe Vera the plant of immortality while the native Indians called it the paradise wand. Today, people have evidence that Aloe Vera provides excellent results against viruses, inflammation, fungus, and bacteria and it is also great for the skin and overall health. Of course, the reason behind its efficiency is its content.

Namely, Aloe Vera is loaded with minerals and vitamins like vitamin E, C, A, B12, B6, B2, B1, and B3 as wells as iron, calcium, magnesium, potassium, and selenium. In addition, Aloe Vera is a great source of amino acids and regulates the alkalization of the body. The antioxidants and polysaccharides found in Aloe Vera are great for the immune system.

The best part is that it is quite simple and easy to grow this plant. It doesn’t require much attention – you can water it from time to time, it requires ordinary warmth and fertilization every once in a while.

It is also a good idea to keep the Aloe Vera plant in the bedroom because it helps people beat insomnia. This is a quite succulent plant with large and thick leaves packed with gel which can be used for many different things.

In order to use it, simply cut a leaf and use the knife to scrub or extract the gel. It is highly recommended to use the largest and most reap leaves in order to get the most from them.

Making Aloe Vera Juice for Body Detox

Aloe Vera juice is great for detoxification of the body because it efficiently cleanses the body and supports weight loss. Aloe Vera juice is useful for the heart because it contains beta-sitosterol, a compound that reduces triglycerides levels and prevents absorption of cholesterol. Due to its strong laxative effects, Aloe Vera juice is helpful in cases of constipation too. However, you should be careful because drinking too much of this juice can result in diarrhea.

Here’s what you’ll need for this Aloe Vera detox juice:
  • Aloe Vera leaf (large one);
  • Water;
  • Oranges.
  • Extract the juice from the leaf.
  • Put two tablespoons of Aloe Vera gel in the blender.
  • Extract the juice from oranges in order to get one glass of fresh orange juice and pour it into the blender.
  • Add one glass of water.
  • Mix everything well for about 60 seconds and drink it.
