The origin of banana flower comes from Colombia's Andes Mountains. It is a large flower that grows on a bunch of banana with a dark red blossom. Later, this flower turns into a banana.   • two blossoms of banana
  • one tsp. of butter
  • one spring onion
  • 500g cooked prawns
  • five Tsps. Roasted almonds or nuts
  • one tsp. lemon or sour lime juice
  • Pepper and salt
Chop the banana flowers and leave them in a bowl of water and vinegar overnight. Clean them well. Then cook the prawns with a butter, salt and pepper. Grind the nuts but be careful not to make a paste. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and them toss for a minute. Chill it for half an hour and then serve it with a mint sprig.
