Preparation

Add the water and cook over medium heat until the mixture boils. Then, let it simmer for ten minutes over low heat. Once it cools at a room temperature, stir in the honey. Pour the mixture into a glass bottle and store it in the fridge.

How to Take It

Drink one tablespoon of the remedy every morning on an empty stomach until there’s no more left in the bottle.
