If you feel like you are getting flu, be careful! You are sneezing and coughing and you cannot concentrate on your work. Don’t worry! Make a lemon, carrot and root juice and put some around your nose. This will reduce the sneezing. This juice mixture is perfect for drinking, also. You can add even a coffee – spoon of honey and a little cinnamon. But, you can do a cinnamon inhalation, also. In a glass of boiled water add 2 spoons of cinnamon and make the inhalation covered with a towel over the head. Proven!
