The history of hyperuricemia involves a high level of uric acid in the body. This high level is a result of increased production of uric acid or decreased excretion of it. This condition can cause problems such as gouty arthritis, renal failure, and kidney stones.

1. Lemon Juice

You may think that lemon juice will increase the acid level, but its alkaline effect neutralizes it. Also, vitamin C significantly reduces the uric acid levels.

  • Combine the juice of one squeezed lemon and a glass of warm water. Drink this mixture every morning on an empty stomach for a few weeks;
  • Enrich your diet with more vitamin C supplements.

2. Apple Cider Vinegar
