The following apple cider vinegar and honey recipe has been used for many different illnesses and conditions for centuries.

Frequent use of apple cider vinegar can help people who are experiencing joint pain and gout. This vinegar has anti-inflammation properties because of the presence of the malic acid in the vinegar.

This specific acid has the ability to liquefy the uric acid crystals in the joints and helps the system flush these crystals out of the body.

Apple cider vinegar helps in easing the symptoms of headaches, stomach ache, muscle spasms, gout and arthritis.

It assists the creation of a state in the body that is alkaline-friendly which mean that it directly helps pH balance.

When it comes to the apple cider vinegar and honey natural remedy, keep in mind that you should use organic honey and raw apple cider vinegar.

The process of distillation eliminates almost all useful nutrients like enzymes and many minerals like phosphorus, magnesium, sedum, potassium, pectin, silicon, iron, copper, sulfur, fluorine as well as natural tartaric and malic acids.
