Standing on one foot for 20 seconds can be an excellent test for increased risk of getting a stroke in the future!

Simply, stand on one leg and if you begin to lose your balance after the tenth second, there is a great possibility of minor damage to the blood vessels in the brain, cognitive decline and brain abnormalities, says a study published in the American Heart Association’s journal Stroke.
