In case you didn’t know, lemon tree is among the fruit plants that people started cultivating millennia ago and this is not something that happened by accident. There are many nutritionists that consider lemons to be super food.

They are packed with minerals and vitamins such as magnesium, calcium, folic acid, potassium, phosphorus, pectin, Vitamin C, Vitamin B1, vitamin B6 and Vitamin A.1 Lemon Peel Trick to Get Rid of Inflammation and Chronic Pain

Lemons keep us safe from many health disorders and diseases. They improve the work of our stomach, intestines, immune systemliver and are the best if you want to get rid of inflammation and chronic pain.

You are well-aware of the fact that lemon juice and lemon peel have a specific acidic flavor.

These fruits can serve as a shield inside the body and lower the increased activity in our stomach.

The peel of this fruit comes with strong antiseptic properties and the lemon trees can be used to soother fever.

You may have heard about these things, but it is very unlikely that you know that lemons can ease joint pain too.

These recipes are very easy and efficient, and you won’t need many ingredients to prepare it.

Now let’s check these recipes/methods:

Take one lemon and grate its peel. Make sure that there is no white layer because you only need the yellow layer. Perform circular movements with the peel on the problematic part of the body and use a bandage to wrap it after that. Leave it like that for two hours.

Place the rind of 2 average-sized lemons in a glass jar and pour virgin olive oil to the top. Seal the jar and leave the mixture for two weeks. Massage the oil on the problematic body parts and use gauze to wrap it. Leave the remedy overnight.

Don’t forget that you should use 100% organic lemons.
