Beer Syrup Recipe
Ingredients
- 500 ml beer
- 150 gr. brown sugar
Preparation
Melt the brown sugar over low heat until it turns into caramel, in the same way as when preparing a caramel milk. Remove from heat and pour the beer.
Return on heat and stir well until the ingredients combine together. Let it simmer for 15-20 minutes, and remove from heat when it gets a honey-like consistency. Store it in a glass jar, and let it cool completely before using it.
