Old Tibetan Remedy

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. (1 kg) shredded lemons (with peel).
  • 10 oz. (300 gr) garlic.
  • 50 oz. (1.5l) water.

Preparation:

REMEMBER: It has to be prepared without metal tools! (usually ceramic knife and glass pot).

Boil the water and add shredded lemon (with lemon juice) and garlic. Cover the pot and cook it on low heat for about 15 minutes (strict timing). When the mixture is cool, pour it into a jar.

Drink 2 oz. (50 ml) of this remedy every morning. The procedure lasts 25 days.

When you spend the mixture, you need to take a break of 10 days, and then repeat the procedure.

Notice:

You should strictly adhere to the dosage and the break of 10 days. If necessary, you can repeat this treatment. The recommended dosage is 1 – 2 times a year, (min 6 months intervals).

Long Life – Tibetan Tea

By preventing stress, this Tibetan tea prolongs your life.

Boil 8 cups (2 l) of water and leave them for 5 minutes to cool. When cool, add the following:

  • 1 tsp of grated ginger.
  • 2 tbsp. of lemon juice.
  • 2 tbsp. of honey or Agave Nectar as a vegan substitute.
  • 1 tsp of chili.
  • 1 tsp of fennel.
