Why don’t you try food that makes pain go away?

  • Wild salmon. Salmon is loaded with essential fatty acids, especially omega – 3 fatty acids, which help your body reduce inflammation in the body. You don’t like fish? Make a daily intake of omega – 3 in your nutrition through flax-seed or nuts.
  • Ginger. Scientific studies have shown that the ingredients in ginger, in certain situations, can cause effects which pair of aspirin or medicines to reduce chronic pain. Add this root vegetable in your nutrition regularly or take it in the form of a supplement and you can reduce the effects of mild chronic inflammation (which causes pain).
  • Pineapple and papaya. These fruits will not only remind you of summer fun in the tropical regions of the world, but will also help you reduce chronic pain. Pineapple and papaya contain enzymes that helps in the breakdown of proteins in the body that cause pain. You can eat fresh or make fruit- shake. In a blender mix: 1 cup frozen pineapple cubes, 1 cup papaya cubes peeled without seeds, 1 cup ice, ¾ cup unsweetened pineapple juice and ½ teaspoon vanilla extract.
  • Cherries and cherry juice. Whether you are faced chronic pain or have been through a hard training, cherries or cherry juice can especially help you. Sour cherries are an excellent source of antioxidants and phytonutrient substances, especially anthocyanin block certain enzymes related with inflammation.
